Well-trained technicians and engineers who provide the required support, which ranges from warranty repairs to solving complex support challenges for products reaching their end-of-life stage.

At the end of every manufacturing contract, Etion Create prepares a service level agreement (SLA) to capture the support expectations of our clients. Metrics contained in this agreement are measured and reported on a monthly basis.

A major part of our activity is to assist our clients and partners with obsolescence management. With our engineering expertise and the support of our suppliers, we put proactive plans in place to identify and mitigate risks when parts, spares, equipment, and software become obsolete or when skills become scarce.
