AUXILIARY DISPLAY UNIT (ADU)

By interfacing with various train control and monitoring subsystems, the Auxiliary Display Unit (ADU) allows the operator to visualise vital train handling parameters such as speed, brake demand/pressure and notch position amongst others.

It can be used as a simple display of train parameters to the operator, where fully digitised displays are not available, or as a secondary display in the locomotive cabin.
