INTEGRATED SYSTEM DISPLAY (ISD)

The Integrated System Display (ISD) serves as a Human Machine Interface for subsystems in the train and enables the operator to visualise the status of the subsystems. The ISD makes use of three protocols over the LAN to interface with other devices, any which can be used by potential sub-systems.

The ISD takes on the role of being the display nexus for all peripheral devices and provides easy access to the viewable output of each peripheral device.
